General Description: A large component of the customer experience at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is clean facilities. The services shall be provided at DFW Airport Terminal D. The DFW Airport Board's goal is to identify an outsourced method that increases the level of customer satisfaction by providing "Best-in-Class" custodial services in a commercial environment, with extremely heavy public traffic. Contract Term: Three (3)-year period with options to renew for Two (2) additional One (1)-year periods. Minority/ Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Goal: Goal for this contract is 20%.
