General Scope of Work: This project is generally described as the selective demolition of existing HVAC equipment, ducts, controls and appurtenances and the installation of new HVAC systems equipment, devices and controls including modifications and extensions of existing utility services for a detention center housing unit. This project also includes roofing to match existing roofing around the new curbs to provide complete waterproof penetration. Note that there is a concurrent project to replace the roofing on the housing unit, under a separate contract. It is expected that the contractor will coordinate efforts in demolition and new work phases to ensure successful and timelines of both projects.
