The City of Arcata is soliciting bids for WORK consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and performing all work required to complete improvements as shown on the Arcata Ballpark Improvements plans. The project includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of overhead announcings booth and wooden façade. Demolition and construction of concrete walls, sidewalk and stairs, concrete curb, and AC pavement. Paint striping. Demolition of existing electrical fixtures and conduits and installation of new electrical fixtures, conduit, inverter and panel. Demolition and installation of irrigaiton system components. Installation of stabilized decomposed granite surfacing, landscaping and restoration. Installation of new handrails, fencing, facade, entry sign, rolling gate, guardrails. Temporary erosion control and disposal of all construction waste and demolition debris. CONTRACTOR shall possess a Class A license at the time this contract is bid or a combination of classes required by the categories and type of work included in this contract.
