Site work for a water / sewer project in New Albany, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes replacing existing water lines in the City of New Albany. Estimated pipe quantities are as follows: approximately 4,280 LF of 6" water line and approximately 2,215 LF of 4" water line. Other items of work include the usual appurtenances for borings, taps, meter reconnections, valves, fittings, and surface reconnection. The Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: NEW ALBANY CITY HALL, 101 W. BANKHEAD STREET, NEW ALBANY, MS 38652, and Cook Coggin Engineers, Inc., 703 Crossover Road, Tupelo, Mississippi 38801 Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of maintained by Plan House Printing. Each bidder must deposit with this bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids.
