There are two (2) components to the RFP, the first is the renovation/construction of the I Street Well House that will include the additional of chemical feeds. This structure was constructed in 1957and provided treatment for groundwater extracted from the I Street well until the 80s The location of well house is as follows Recommendation for Services to City of Fairbury Council at the August 6, 2024 regular Council meeting Rehabilitation of a well, renovation or construction of the I Street Well House o Requirements: Completion of all local, state, and federal permits o Location: North Circle Drive and I Street, Fairbury, NE The City of Fairbury is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a design-build project that includes the rehabilitation of a well located along North Cir- cle Drive and the renovation or construction of the I Street Well House. This turnkey project requires the selected firm to collaborate with City staff to identify project priorities and complete all necessary local, state, and federal permits.
