Reference Number 0000356856 HVAC Air Filters The Authority is seeking proposals from qualified companies to supply HVAC air filters. This RFP does not include installation work. The Awarded Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and vehicles necessary to complete services as approved by DRCFA. The DRCFA intends this solicitation to result in a partnership with the Awarded Contractor to supply product on an annual basis throughout our building. The DRCFA reserves the right to purchase materials from other sources; however, at any time. Work must be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, zoning and building codes, AAADM requirements, as well as current MIOSHA guidelines and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
