Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ile-a-la-Crosse, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work generally comprises of upgrades to two separate wastewater pumping facilities in the Northern Village of Ile a la Crosse. The upgrades include: Demolition of existing wood frame buildings Construction of new building and foundation extension Replacement of pumps and piping in existing wet wells New ventilation equipment New electrical and controls equipment New gravity PVC sewer mains Tie in to existing force mains New propane fueled generator and propane tank Electrical service upgrades Associated site works including grading, landscaping, fencing, and access roads. Copies of electronic Bid Documents in pdf format can be obtained from AECOM Canada Ltd. Bid Documents will also be made available at the Regina and Saskatoon Construction Associations. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to the Northern Village of Ile a la Crosse.
