Site work and paving for a road / highway in Butternut, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 16, 2024 this project was awarded to Pitlik & Wick Inc with the awarded amount of $117,697.52 All roads are 22 feet in width - lengths are as follows: Balsam Lane - 0.99 miles E. Maple Lane - 0.42 miles Woodpecker Lane - 0.54 miles Tamarack Lane - 0.28 - please give a bid with and without Tamarack as it has not been determined if this will be done this year or not. The bidder will be responsible for final grading and compact. The roads are currently gravel. The Town of Agenda will be accepting bids for Double Chip Sealing on the following roads: 1. Woodpecker Lane 2. Balsam Lane 3. E. Maple Lane 4. Tamarack (possibly) Successful bidder responsible for final grading and compact. Successful bidder must furnish certificates of insurance and worker comp insurance. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept bids most advantageous to the Town of Agenda.
