The City of Winston-Salem desires to enter into a Service Maintenance contract with an electrical service and repair vendor for Street Lighting, Security Lighting, and Traffic Signal Maintenance, including erection of traffic or light poles and hanging holiday decorations. There is a 10% M/WBE requirement for this service contract; however, a company may attest they will self-perform the entire contract. If your company will perform all work under this contract without the use of subcontractors or subconsultants, then submit Affidavit 'B' only from the M/WBE section of this package. Use the checklist on the Proposal Signature Page and in Section 6 when compiling your proposal. The contract award - if awarded - will not be based on lowest price, but on evaluation of the best proposal using the criteria herein noted. Question Deadline 07/09/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions concerning the scope of work must be submitted in writing by the End of Question Period on to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org to be answered by written addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Late proposals will not be considered.
