Reference Number 0000273723 This is a notice of proposed procurement only. There is no submission required at this stage. Project Description: The project will be divided into distinct phases including planning, design, construction, equipment installation, testing and commissioning. Each phase will be meticulously planned and executed to ensure delivery on time and to specification. The implementation of the resource center on the 4th floor must take into account the fact that GAC is not the only tenant on this floor. It is also shared with another government department, Transport Canada. The project will include: - A reception area and a space designed as a centralized center where GAC customers can benefit from a full range of IT services. - Assigned offices for 11 employees and 4 rotating employees. - A second, separate space with offices for 5 employees in the classification room group. - A full kitchen, a fully equipped meeting room and two new network rooms to replace the non-existent network removed from the 4th floor.
