Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Clifton Park, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Following Work Mobilization; stakeout of utilities and necessary work; UFPO clearances; selective removals; excavation; protection of existing facilities and structures; backfilling and compaction; installation of playground equipment; erosion and sediment control; and all work necessary to complete work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Lump Sum Bids are requested for the following Contract: Locust Lane Playground Improvements Work shall be substantially completed on or before December 20, 2024, and ready for final payment by January 24, 2025. Deadline for questions is 4:00 pm on Friday July 12th, 2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via email. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received, or to reject any or all Bids without explanation.
