Reference Number 0000273675 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/09 12:00:00 AM EDT The contractor will be responsible for providing snow removal services for the Health Unit located at 1005 Ouellette Ave. and for the surrounding parking lots leased by the Health Unit. Snow removal services are required in the areas defined by the images affixed to this RFQ (see attached). Salt bins will be supplied by the contractor as indicated in the images affixed to this RFQ (see attached). o If snow removal services are not provided to the satisfaction of the Health Unit at any time, the contractor will work with the Health Unit to resolve any outstanding services in a timely manner. All Deliverable Requirements will take place between November 1st , 2024 - March 31st , 2027. Option to renew for two years. The Health Unit reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or accept any quote in whole or in part. The lowest quote shall not necessarily be accepted. Overdue quotes shall be rejected. Qualified quotes or amended forms shall be rejected. Unsigned quotes shall be rejected. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
