This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of land use compatibility expertise and input to be provided on an as needed basis for a five (5) year term. The City's intent is to create a roster of qualified suppliers to conduct the work. Roster categories established for land use compatibility projects are as follows: 1) Third Party Peer Review The peer review will analyze information provided related to air quality, odour, noise, vibration, and in some cases rail corridor impacts. A peer review analysis report inclusive of an executive summary of the information presented, and data and analysis gaps from the applicant, vetting of the information and methodology, and recommendations/next steps. 2) Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) Expert Witness Materials and documents needed for an OLT case hearing including witness statement, visual evidence, reply statements, and case attendance. 3) Policy Support Provide technical land use compatibility input including but not limited to air, noise, odour, and vibration to City policy projects and initiatives.
