STAGE II to the prequalified firms only. Tri-County Mennonite Homes (TCMH) seeking bids from pre-qualified General Contractors for the construction of the Nithview Long-Term Care Home Redevelopment. The location of the work will be on the vacant land adjacent to the existing Nithview Long-Term Care Home located at 200 Boullee Street, New Hamburg, Ontario. The work will consist of the construction of a new 6-storey, 160-bed long-term care home that is approximately 100,000 sq ft in area. Client: Tri-County Mennonite Homes.
