This project is to remove the 62 ft long by 23 ft wide existing 3-span bridge at 1550 East Road and replace the bridge with a new 87 ft long by 28 ft wide premanufactured steel bridge and Cast-In-Place abutment system. The 1550 E Bridge is located between 1300 S Road and 1400 S Road, and crosses over Dry Creek. It is located approximately 8.7 miles northwest of the City of Gooding. The bridge will remain closed during construction. Additional work includes but is not limited to channel stabilization with riprap, utility coordination, roadway construction and paving, and temporary cofferdam installation and dewatering. The project is subject to environmental permitting as detailed in the project bid documents. Site Directions: The bridge is located on 1550 E Road approx. 1/4 mile south of the intersection with E 1300 South. Which is 3.5 miles west of State Highway 46. Est.
