Estimate: $400,000.00-$475,000.00 Calendar Days: 150 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Please submit questions for this project 72 hours prior to bid opening through Online A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid (for those contracts that exceed $100,000). A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Mexia or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Mexia reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
