(List provided in Appendix A) Work will include the sampling, completion of the chain of custody form, shipment to laboratory, laboratory fees and a formal report for each site identifying the sampling results and outlining in greater detail MAC, AO and OG exceedances. Where health-based microbiological exceedances are identified on the points of consumption and point of entry into the leased premises (complete scope attached) Anticipated Agreement Start Date: September 2, 2024 (estimated) Anticipated Agreement Term: Original term: 2 Year Option periods: Two One-Year Terms This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to Respondents.
