The owner has selected a Construction Manager. Lake Travis Independent School District is seeking contractors to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the following project(s): CMR for LTHS Stadium Renovations and Women's Field House Addition Description: Remove the existing press box and all seating. Construct New stadium structure and seating for 12,000 and press box, approx. 5,900 square feet. Construct a Women's Field House Addition and Athletics offices on site, 3 story building, approx. 16,500 square feet with parking on site. Please note there will be schedule restrictions and critical deadlines. It is possible this project will be constructed in multiple Phases. Contractor will be working on an active high school site Please do not submit your response electronically. Electronic responses will not be accepted. All interested contractors are encouraged to read the CMR proposal documents thoroughly to ensure that all required documentation is included in their response. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of Proposal responses without the prior written consent of the Board of Trustees, Lake Travis Independent School District.
