NETA Standby Maintenance Testing and High Voltage Electrical Repairs with Standby Services Each Bidder must submit with its Bid, Bid Security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions set forth in the RFB. Bidders must also submit a Consent of Surety as set forth in the RFB, demonstrating that in the event of an award of the Contract to the Bidder, the Surety will furnish the required Contract Bond(s) in the sum(s) required by the RFB. A. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the project and related construction for the bid price. The work is to be coordinated by the Contractor with a Project Manager located on the construction site. B. The contract will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and services for the construction of the overall work. The Contract shall include all appurtenant work as particularly indicated, shown, or described in the Specifications and Contract documents. C. Failure to walk and become familiar with the site does not release the Contractor from any prices bid or clauses of the contract should the actual field conditions deviate from the drawings and/or specifications.
