The Deliverables include, but are not limited to, the inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, deficiency reporting, emergency repairs and all relevant reporting documentation relating to fire extinguishers, emergency lights/exit signs, suppression systems and standpipe and fire hoses at various locations across York Region Question Deadline: Tue Jul 23, 2024 5:00:00 PM (EDT) Questions related to this RFTC should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button. Duration in months: 60 DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer. The total Bid deposit amount must be equal to the sum of the Bid deposit(s) for the Zones a bid is being submitted for by the Bidder. Zone 1 - $40,000.00 Zone 2 - $20,000.00 Zone 3 - $30,000.00 A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFT.
