Renovation of a stadium in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project involves the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal and disposal of approximately 8400 square feet of existing carpeting on the first floor (main) offices (and hallways) at the Cornwall Civic Complex, and the supply and installation of new XL Luxury Vinyl Tiles / Plank flooring as per the specifications herein. The Product/color of choice is XL Flooring Traum-B 473-1 size 18"x 36". Should the pricing for Item #1 and #2, be favorable, it is the intent of the Corporation to also replace the flooring in the hallways and offices of the 2nd floor at 100 Water Street. The same requirements as for the first floor shall be required and included in this Provisional Items (Item # 1P and 2P).
