Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Dothan, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the material, labor and equipment to size, provide, install, test and commission the following at the Rosewood Pump Station (134 Rosewood Drive); one permanent mounted natural gas backup generator to include but not limited to, one (1) complete and operable standby power system, one (1) generator set with NEMA 3R enclosure, fence and double gate surrounding generator, one (1) Automatic Transfer Switch with NEMA 3R enclosure, all necessary materials to connect to SEAGAS natural gas line (installed by others), the design and construction of one (1) concrete foundation, and all appurtenances. Include also, all required site work and site restoration, start-up and owner training, as-built drawings provided in Owner-specified format, all related electrical works-complete with all accessories, including but not limited to all field wiring, any required resizing of, or additions to, existing conduit, as required to have turn-key operation. Upon award, all electrical design shall be signed by a professional electrical engineer licensed in the state of Alabama and concrete pad design shall be signed by a professional structural engineer licensed in the state of Alabama. Each bidder shall submit, with his bid, all proposed equipment specifications. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Each bidder shall comply with all applicable State and Local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulation of firms doing business in the State of Alabama. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
