THe scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of playground / park / athletic facility. As of July 8, 2024, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. A.D. Morgan, the Construction Manager, invites your company to provide a proposal for the City of Zephyrhills - Sarah Vande berg Indoor Sports Facility. The project includes construction of a new pre-engineered metal indoor sports facility and adjacent outdoor courts. Trades will include Site work, concrete, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, metal buildings, fencing, landscaping, accessories, and finish trades. All Bidders must be currently prequalified with A.D.
