The Project Generally Consists Of The Following Scopes Of Work In Cullman County, Al: Replacement Of Customer Water Meters With An Automated Meter Reading (Amr) System construction Of Approximately 5,600 Lf Of 6" Water Main Along County Road 781construction Of Approximately 2,600 Lf Of 6" Water Main Along County Road 646installation Of New Fire Hydrant Assemblies Along County Roads 645, 649 And 655. This Project Is Being Funded By Srf Project No. Fs010116-02 And Will Require Dbe Documentation From The Low, Responsive, Responsible Bidder No Later Than 10 Days After Bid Opening. This Project Is Being Supported, In Whole Or In Part, By Federal Award Number Slfrp2635 To The State Of Alabama By The Us Department Of Treasury. Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Unit Price Basis As Indicated In The Bid Form. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished In Accordance With The Instructions To Bidders. The Owner Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informalities, Or To Reject Any Or All Bids, And To Award The Contract To The Best And Most Responsible Bidder. All Bidders Shall Be Required To Submit Their Qualifications Along With Their Bid. All Bidders Must Comply With Requirements Of The Contractor's Licensing Law Of The State Of Alabama And Be Certified For The Type Of Work On Which The Proposal Is Submitted. All Participants Must Comply With All Federal Requirements Applicable To The Loan (Including Those Imposed By The 2014 Appropriations Act And Related Srf Policy Guidelines) Which The Participant Understands Includes, Among Other, Requirements That All Of The Iron And Steel Products Used In The Project Are To Be Produced In The United States ("American Iron And Steel Requirement").
