the Project Consists of the Material, Labor and Equipment to Size, Provide, Install, Test and Commission the Following at the Midtown Pump Station (52 Private Road #1511, Midland City, Al); One (1) Permanent Mounted Backup Generator, to Include but Not Limited to, One (1) Complete and Operable Standby Power System, One (1) Generator Set With Nema 3r Enclosure, One (1) Base Mount Fuel Tank Sized for 72 Hours of Operation, Fence and Double Gate Surrounding Generator, One (1) Automatic Transfer Switch With Nema 3r Enclosure, the Design and Construction of One (1) Concrete Foundation, and All Appurtenances. Include Also, All Required Site Work and Site Restoration, Start-up and Owner Training, as-built Drawings Provided in Owner-specified Format, All Related Electrical Works-complete With All Accessories, Including but Not Limited to All Field Wiring, Any Required Resizing of, or Additions to, Existing Conduit, as Required to Have Turn-key Operation. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality or to Reject Any or All Bids. Each Bidder Must Deposit With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form, and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Information for Bidders. The work under this Section includes all excavation, backfill, compaction, pavement removal, site restoration and cleanup for the construction of underground pipelines, and their related structures. DESCRIPTION This Section covers requirements for new chain link fencing. Include posts, rails, fence fabric, miscellaneous frame work, gate assemblies, and all accessories and parts required for a complete installation as shown on the Drawings, specified herein or directed. Where new fencing is connected to an existing fence, new fencing shall match the height and line of existing fencing, except as otherwise shown.
