Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester Township, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Project Consists of the Rehabilitation of a 25 Reinforced Cement Bridge With New Gurdrail and Erosion Control Improvements on Geiger Road in York Township. The Project is Located 0.95 Miles West of the Intersection of Yorkridge Road and Geiger Road. Contractor will then have 10 working days after said Notice to Proceed to commence construction and until OCTOBER 16, 2024 to achieve substantial completion and an additional 15 days, OCTOBER 31, 2024 to achieve final completion. Contractor will be assessed $300.00 a day liquidated damages for any work remaining over and above either of the specified contract completion dates. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in a sum equal to 10% of the amount of the bid unless otherwise specified, and a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum with an approved surety company. The Dearborn County Commissioners, reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any or all formalities.
