Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of work as follows 1) Reclaim refrigerant. 2) Disconnect ductwork, electrical, gas piping, and controls. 3) Remove old units and dispose of all old replaced equipment 3) Install new equipment in place. 4) Tie-in ductwork, electrical, gas piping, and controls. 5) Start-up of new equipment. 6) Training on the use of new equipment. Maury County, Tennessee is soliciting bids for the replacement of HVAC units at the Maury County Animal Shelter Building located at 1233 Mapleash Avenue Columbia, Tennessee. The successful bidder shall execute a Payment and Performance bond if the project exceeds $25,000 but less than $100,000 in the amount no less than fifty (50) percent of the contract value. If the contract is greater than $100,000, the successful bidder will furnish a Payment and Performance bond covering the full amount of the contract.
