This will include the areas with mildew or other suspect termite areas Structure must be braced and made safe prior to any work on demolition. All the damaged areas repaired will be inspected as the work progresses. All utilities (MEP) must be protected during the repairs and notifying the BHA Rep if any are damaged and have to be repaired. This ensures repairs made are documented in case offuture failure There are some areas where there is dry rot and water rot. These areas will need to be replaced as well as the termite damages.When the reframe is completed before insulation, BHA' representative should be notified ofwhen the BORACARE application will be done so we can verify proper coverage. Entire structure re-caulked and repaint is in the bid. Paint will be provided by BEIA The Trade Contractor and Site Superintendent must walk the job together and perform a final inspection ofthe job. The interior will be finished by our unit turn contractor. Your responsibility is to take all areas ofwork to prime paint and cleaned of all construction debris and dust.
