Seal Coat will include but not be limited to all cleaning, preparation, delivery, installations, barricading, protection, clean up, and restriping of areas complete. Square footage shown for this line item is a total amount which may or may not include all or some of the asphalt areas on each site. Each Bidder must fully complete the Pricing Matrix and submit it with the Bid Proposal submitted by the Bidder. In order to permit the District to evaluate bids, the Base Bid for each Bidder shall be based on the estimated unit quantities specified in the Pricing Matrix.
