Renovation of a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility Building 258 Dryer Feed Screw #5, Dryer Feed Screw #11, and Dryer #8 Feed Mixer Screw Conveyor Repairs. The project contemplated herein consists of repairs as specified to each of three screw conveyors. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. Site Address: 700 E Jones St. Site Directions: Veolia Water Milwaukee LLC, Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, 700 East Jones Street, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Description: The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor repairing three separate screw conveyors in the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility (JI WRF) Dewatering and Drying (D&D) Building 258. The screw conveyors included in this work scope are: o Dryer Feed Screw #5, Equipment Tag 258-S-25-7-5. o Dryer Feed Screw #11, Equipment Tag 258-S-25-7-11. o Dryer #8 Feed Mixer Screw Conveyor, Equipment Tag 258-S-25-26-8. For clarity, three separate scopes of work will be provided, but all of the work will be done as a single project. The time for completion of the Contract shall be two hundred and forty (240) days Minority-owned Business - 13% Small Business/Veteran-owned Business - 5% Women-owned Business - 2% The overall SWMBE goal is twenty (20) percent
