Window Treatment & Installation Services This RFB does not commit the City to award a contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities or irregularities, and to accept any bid it deems to be in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any company responding to this RFB. The City will require the recommended contractor to sign the necessary contract documents prepared by the City Attorney's Office, if applicable. If applicable, a sample contract is included as an attachment. Bidders must take exception to any term of the contract to which it will not agree in its bid.
