Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Prud'Homme, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,746-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
SaskEnergy is seeking a Prime Contractor to complete a new build at the Prud'Homme Compressor Station located 65km Northeast of Saskatoon, SK and 9km straight South from the town of Prud'Homme off Highway #27. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to a new 348m2 (3746 sq. ft.) shop with a 62m2 (667sq. ft.) mezzanine located at the SaskEnergy Prud'Homme Compressor Station. The new Prud'Homme Shop will be a wood structure with metal siding and roofing; concrete slab on grade with concrete piles; containing an 89m2 clean parts room, washroom and data room. The mezzanine will be an open work area containing a small mechanical room. Estimated value: $1,750,000 to $2,250,000 Schedule: This project is to be completed by March 15, 2025 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
