Site work and paving for a road / highway in Keystone, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids are to be submitted using three-quarter inch hot mix paver laid and compacted. Bids are to include priming streets that are gravel base before paving. Bidder shall indicate total quantity (tons), unit price and total dollar amount. A deposit (certified or cashier's check) in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid or a bid bond equal to ten (10) percent of the total bid is required to accompany each bid submitted (SDCL 5-18B-2). Proof of insurance must also be provided. The City requires the work to be completed by October 1, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
