Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Village of Greenhills reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof. The Contractor shall do all the work and furnish all materials, except as herein otherwise specified, necessary or proper for performing and completing the work of the Contract. The methods, materials and appliances used, therefore, must be such as will produce the quality of work specified and ensure safety to the public and property. Access to abutting properties SHALL BE MAINTAINED at all times except for temporary periods as herein stated. 7 In the event the Contractor will be temporarily blocking the access to any property during some period of construction, he must notify all residential or business occupants at least 24 hours before said blockage to allow them time to move any vehicles in or out.
