The consultant will: o Conduct a thorough scan of our current enrollment environment including but not limited to: o Market analysis o Product Line Analysis o Faculty Analysis o Recruitment o Retention o Student Services o Financial Support (financial aid, scholarships) o Org Structure o Strategic/Leadership College Wide Focus o Facilitate the development of a comprehensive SEM Plan for non-credit and credit bearing programs in collaboration with our SEM Committee, aligned with our institutional goals and objectives. o Provide recommendations for implementation and sustainability, including budget, staffing, and target enrollment growth. o Develop assessment measures to monitor progress of the SEM plan. Approximately $30,000 (range of $25k-$35k) We are seeking a seasoned enrollment management consultant to assist Charter Oak State College in developing a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan. The consultant will facilitate a thorough analysis of our current enrollment environment, both internally and nationally, and help us craft an actionable SEM Plan with a clear implementation and sustainability strategy. The consulting work is expected to commence fall 2024 and be completed by the end of the spring 2025 semester.
