Inquiries and comments shall be delivered to the Procurement Department no later than July 17 th, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. EDT. The awarded proposer(s) is expected to fulfill all of the requirements and duties contained in this solicitation as directed by the Districts Superintendent or his designee. A bid shall consist of details for the provision and management of the services envisioned in the Specifications, in accordance with the requirements described below, in this solicitation. Description: Maintenance department would like to solicit for new auditorium seating at two locations Travelers Rest HS and Blue Ridge MS. Partial replacement at Travelers Rest if the attached seat or equivalent in black color can be used. Full replacement at Blue Ridge MS. Bidder should provide pricing to replace all seats at Travelers Rest HS as well as the partial replacement. See linked drawings for each location's configurations and needs.
