The Greenview Regional Multiplex is located in Valleyview, Alberta, and is home to an aquatic center, fieldhouse, fitness center, meeting and party rooms, and a variety of great sport, fitness and community programs for all ages. Municipal District of Greenview No.16 (hereafter referred to as Greenview) is seeking proposals for services to provide an ongoing, comprehensive maintenance program initiated, scheduled, administered, monitored, and updated by the contract service provided for the Greenview Regional Multiplex. Greenview would be informed of the program progress and results on a continuing basis via a detailed service reporting system submitted every quarter. Term of the Agreement - October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2028. Estimated Contract Start Date Oct 1, 2024 Estimated Contract End Date Sep 30, 2028 Estimated Contract Duration 3 Year(s) -- 51 Week(s) -- 5 Day(s) Greenview reserves the right to, on a regular basis, review the performance of the contractor, and end the contract if performance is deemed unsatisfactory. Please note, that an RFP can only be awarded and approved by Greenview Council. Greenview Council's decision is final, and the outcome will determine if a contract moves forward to negotiations and is awarded or not.
