Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Roscommon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: o Installation of play structure equipment, including soil erosion control measures, site preparation, landscaping, wood boardwalk, and safety surfacing. o Renovation of bath house. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Funding: The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from MDNR Recreation Passport Grant and Gerrish Township. All relevant State or Federal requirements apply to this contract. The Contractor and all sub-contractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended. Bid Surety : A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Gerrish Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids. Completion Date : The Project Award and Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be prior to August 22, 2024. Final completion of the play structure shall be by November 1, 2024. Final completion of other items in this bid package shall be by May 1, 2025. A project schedule of major items of work shall be submitted with the Contractor's bid and this schedule will be a factor in project award.
