Description

Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Design plans call for the construction of a 116,925-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

Plans call for the construction of a new warehouse facility as well as the relocation of the terminal entrance and maintenance shed. Specifically, the improvements will include the construction of a new 100,000 square foot warehouse facility (Tioga VI), and a 11,925 SF Maintenance & Repair (M&R) building, and a 5,000 SF entrance canopy. The Project, including this RFQ, is subject to federal regulations and rules, including the Build America Buy America Act (BABA). As of October 6, 2025, a design firm has been selected. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule for contractors has not been disclosed.
