Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 116,925-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority ("PhilaPort") has successfully secured federal funding through the fiscal year 2022 ("FY22") Infrastructure for Rebuilding America ("INFRA") grant cycle for the purpose of making improvements to Tioga Marine Terminal ("TMT"). The funding will be utilized to support the Terminal Access and Capacity Improvements Project, which includes the construction of a new warehouse facility as well as the relocation of the terminal entrance and maintenance shed (the "Project"). Specifically, the improvements will include the construction of a new 100,000 square foot ("SF") warehouse facility ("Tioga VI"), and a 11,925 SF Maintenance & Repair (M&R) building, and a 5,000 SF entrance canopy. The Project, including this RFQ, is subject to federal regulations and rules, including the Build America Buy America Act ("BABA"). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
