This federally funded project will rehabilitate the concrete joints and panels of the hardstands for Gates N2 and N4 at the North Terminal of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes joint seal replacement, concrete rehabilitation, slab replacement, and centerline lighting demolition. The Engineers Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000 All work shall be completed by July 31, 2026. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid.
