CM@Risk shall perform all needed services in the Pre-Construction and Construction Phases of the Project, and provide all material, equipment, tools, and labor necessary to satisfactorily complete all work, deliverables and services described in and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents (collectively "Scope of Work", "Project Work" or "the Work"). The Parties agree that this Agreement shall not be effective as a contract for Construction Phase services until such time as the Parties agree on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Phase Fee in the form of a written amendment to this Agreement specifically incorporating those contract terms. Arizona State University (ASU) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit a statement of qualifications to provide Construction Manager at Risk services in support of the renovation of the Physical Sciences H (PSH) Wing Building located on the Tempe campus. Any clarifications or interpretations of this RFQ that materially affect or change its requirements will be formally provided to all parties. All such changes issued by the Owner, before the qualifications are due, are considered part of the RFQ and will be posted on the Q&A Board in the Tools section.
