Indicative Design / Business Plan services for the Surrey Memorial Hospital Tower Two Project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix 'A' to this RFP (the "Services") with respect to the Surrey Memorial Hospital Tower 2 Business Plan project (the "Project") is underway. The Business Plan is expected to be completed by September 2025, with submission to Government to follow thereafter subsequent procurement, design and construction phases will follow, with anticipated total project completion around 2031. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and if required land surveyor, geotechnical and environmental consultants (Details refer to Appendix A Section 3.1). *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for acute care projects greater than $5M are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for acute care projects greater than $5M.
