Project Labor Agreement Required: No The Principal Items of Work Consist of: Roadway Quantity Unit Description 19 Ls Dcfc Charging Station Operations and Maintenance, 5 Years 19 Ls Program, Project Management and Design for Dcfc Charging Station 19 Ls Nevi Compliant Dcfc Charging Station Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissionermay immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d).
