**As of September 10, 2024 this project has been cancelled. The project estimated cost is $80,000. The project consists of further developing an open-lawn park to include, a site sign, an addition to an existing pavilion, concrete sidewalk and slabs, replacement of plumbing fixtures and water supply lines, an add alternate for litter receptacles and a deduct alternate for exterior painting. The project site is an existing open-lawn park at the corner of South Grant Street and Redstone Street in Uniontown, PA. The project scope that will not be performed by the bidding contractor, but will require coordination with others are as follows: 1. Owner will purchase the sit sign and the contractor will install the sign, posts, hardware and etc. The project scope that will be performed by the bidding contractor is as follows: 1. Excavation and compaction of subgrade and compacted subbase course for the sidewalk and concrete slab. 2. Installation for the concrete sidewalks, concrete slab and addition to the existing pavilion. 3. Painting. 4. Installation of the site sign. 5. An add alternate for the installation of the litter receptacles and a concrete base for each. 6. A deduct alternate for exterior (exposed to weather) painting. Information shall include the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project, addressed to the RACU and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the base amount bid, and be submitted before the due date and time with no exceptions. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days once filed with the Owner.
