Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Courcelette, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a military facility; and for the construction of a 131,500-square-foot military facility.

Design and construction of the new Armoured Combat Support Vehicle (ACSV) Facility at CFB Valcartier. This building will be used for vehicle storage and first and second line maintenance for the entire brigade fleet. TIMELINE: Contract for Design-Services has been awarded following request for proposals: Reference Number 0000273859. Design is underway. Construction is expected to start in the second half of 2026, timelines will be finalized at a later date. Further update in late 2025.
