W912EE - The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation Number W912EE24B0018 for J. Bennett Johnston Waterway Construction General Opposite Alexandria Front Revetment. The work consists of furnishing all necessary plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work for constructing a longitudinal peaked stone toe dike (LPSTD) and capping out the Opposite Alexandria Front revetment on the Red River in Pineville, LA. Principal features of the work include mobilization and demobilization and bank stabilization work. This IFB will result in the award of one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction contract. The set-aside for this procurement is HUBZone Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $45 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $2,000,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. The estimated period of performance for completion of construction is 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
