The 136th Airlift Wing has a requirement to replace the HVAC control systems for the Maintenance Group in Building 1675 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. The current control system is obsolete and no longer supported by the original manufacturer. Therefore, a new direct digital control system is needed. It is the Government's intent for the contractor to provide a complete and usable HVAC system by providing a single, integrated, and operational HVAC control system that would allow for monitoring and control using the NIAGARA system. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Please be advised that entry to the installation requires processing through the Visitor's Center. It is highly recommended that those who submit a request to attend allow an adequate amount of time for processing through the Visitor's Center and installation gate. This site visit will consist of two separately solicited projects. Both projects are HVAC in nature. The second project may be found under notice (solicitation) number W50S7624QPD03. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Requests for Information (RFIs): Requests for Information must be submitted in writing through email to 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil. The email's subject line must include the solicitation number. RFIs will not be accepted after 2:00 PM local on July 23, 2024, unless a response is deemed to be in the best interests of the Government.
