Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Randolph, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; swimming pool; and for the demolition of a swimming pool.

As of August 20, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Project includes the following Work: Demolition Work o Complete demolition of the Pool and all associated structures and plumbing o Removal of site sidewalk and paving around building o Removal of all materials within the shelter o Utility disconnects o Excavation and removal of footing walls, foundations, pool basin, tanks and associated piping o Hauling and disposal of demolition material o Backfilling, compaction and site restoration The anticipated substantial completion date is February 3, 2025 and final completion date is March 3, 2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
