Site work and renovation of a civil project in Rochester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the demolition of the existing Salmon Falls wastewater pumping station and generator; installation of building footing; installation of building; installation of submersible pumps, davit, standby generator, station plumbing, and controls; repair and coating of existing wetwells; installation of new wetwell hatch with safety measures/fall protection; reconnection to the existing forcemain; and rehabilitation and replacement of a sewer manhole. 1. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed as follows: Calendar days for substantial completion: 365 Calendar days for final completion: 395 Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $1,300, for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion, and $1,300 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion.
